I overcame my OCD compulsion to exercise last night and went to bed early. I feel like I'm coming down with something so I'm trying to fight it off. I bored everyone I spoke to yesterday, and I'm danger of doing the same today. So my apologies in advance.

This Nick Cave CD is so brilliant! I've never been a huge fan, but this thing is amazing. Disc two has taken up permanent residence in my player.

Today is my friend Nathan's last day here at work. My posse is now gone, I must now become a one man force.

I'm really looking forward to the life aquatic, and in good company.
